Projection specialists E\T\C UK Ltd. is increasing its stock of high power video projectors with the acquisition of Christie Roadie 25k projectors (‘Roadies’).

ETC Ltd. has also taken delivery of Christie’s new Roadster S+20K projection system, a mid-range projector, purpose-built for the event-staging community.

E\T\C Projects 360 for Globe Awards

Projection specialists E\T\C supplied 360 degree video projection using the highly flexible ‘OnlyView’ control system for The Travel Weekly Globe Awards.

The event was staged at Grosvenor House, London for Reed Business Information (RBI). The Globes cover all areas of the travel market, and are regarded as the most prestigious accolades in the industry, providing an opportunity for travel agents to recognise suppliers that go the extra mile with services or products.

RBI Awards

E\T\C supplied widescreen projection for the RBI Achievement Awards event at Grosvenor House, London for producer Tom Perkins and his client, Reed Business International, one of the UK’s largest business communications specialists.

After delivering a highly successful circular ‘in-the-round’ projection for Perkins earlier in the year at the same venue, E\T\C was asked to come up with a new video solution for the RBI event.

E/T/C projects “800 Light Years” for Liverpool

Large format projection specialists E/T/C have designed and produced a unique Son et Lumière, specially commissioned by Liverpool Culture Company to help celebrate the re-opening of the City's landmark St George's Hall building.

The “800 Light Years” show is the first UK Son et Lumière to use E/T/C's new and highly flexible OnlyView control platform.

Large format projection specialists / ETC / Paris were called in to collaborate with students and lecturers from l’ESBAM (Ecole Superieure des Beaux Arts du Mans) to realise a massive public projection of specially created artworks into an urban space central Le Mans, France.

African Games Algiers, July 2007

The ETC team were called in to project onto the pitch for the Opening Ceremony of the 9th African Games in Algiers, staged in the City’s 5th July Olympic Stadium.

The OC event was watched live by Algerian Prime Minister Abdelaziz Belkhadem, various politicians, sports celebrities, dignitaries and VIPs plus 64,000 enthusiastic sports fans. It was also broadcast live by Algerian national TV station Canal Algérie.

New Video Art for Chartres Cathedral

The famous Gothic façade of Chartres Cathedral – one of the finest in France – was bathed in video projection for the first time ever this year as part of the ongoing Chartres en Lumières event, a 6 month annual Festival of Light running from April to September which was launched in 2003. The Cathedral illuminations have always been the main focal point for those enjoying the Chartres en Lumières experience.
